The recent night of July 7th was the full moon in Capricorn, as well as a much-discussed lunar eclipse. My local teahouse/metaphysical shop hosted a crystal bowl ceremony, which drew an unexpectedly huge crowd- nearly fifty people, which was almost unheard of for them. Debra Kelly arrived with a full complement of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other goodies for the full experience. From the flyer:

Mmm yeah… a little woowoo. I went just for the bowls. I love crystal bowls. Toning is weird to me, and I find it really distracting, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d like to try it sometime with a smaller group of people that I know better; it was too large of a crowd for me to really get into it.
