A terribly good friend and I used to have one of those pacts where if neither of us were married by a certain age, we would just marry each other. We’re both practical people, so this was a great strategy for us at the time.

This is no longer a consideration for either of us, but I still get a kick out of our composite chart:

Yeah… sixth house much? A relationship based on friendly duty would not have been at all a stretch, especially with that 1981-era Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in the fifth house of romance (imagine me saying “romance” in a dramatic voice here). And with the moon on the MC at least we would have supported each other’s careers… I also like how Neptune falls exactly on our descendant- we once had a hilarious conversation describing the clever ways we would cheat on each other in our sham marriage. Good times!
